Do you design and manufacture your products in their entirety?

We design and make all our garments in our factories in Spain; we are proud to be an exception when the majority of our competitors outsource their manufacturing.

How can I place an order?

Simply choose your products, selecting color and size, and add to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, confirm the order and in a few minutes your basket will be ready to be processed.

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?

It is not mandatory to register; you can place an order as a guest without registering or creating a user profile. However, it is highly beneficial to register as it means you can access your orders at any time, check the status of your order, manage a return, modify personal information for future purchases and receive the Etxeondo newsletter.

Can I place an order by phone?

We do not accept orders by phone. All orders have to be processed and paid for online, although we are always happy to discuss your requirements over the phone.

Do the advertised prices include taxes?

All prices include the corresponding taxes. Depending on the value of your order it may be necessary to add shipping costs.

How do I choose the correct size?

To select the correct size, you can use the guide in this link. As well as selecting the correct height and weight, it is very important the measurements of chest and waist are taken correctly, the first at the level of the chest and the second on the line of the navel. Can I cancel or modify an order?

If you want to modify or cancel an order you can contact us at info@etxeondo.com quoting your order number. If your order is at a "ready to ship" or "sent" status, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. We can also process the payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bizum, Bancontact, Giropay, and Ideal.


All payments will be made through a redirection connection of the client's browser, in this way the selection of the means of payment and the data entry will take place in the secure environment of the bank's server and outside the responsibility of Etxeondo.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 EUR/ 150 GBP, 200$; other orders will have additional cost of 8 EUR in Spain and 14 EUR/GBP, 35$ for standard shipping.

We also offer an express delivery service. For all orders over 100 EUR/ 150 GBP, 200$ an additional cost per shipment of 4.95EUR/GBP. Express shipping on orders that do not exceed 100 EUR/ 150 GBP, 200$ will be charged at 20 EUR/GBP, 35$.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders inside Spain have an approximate delivery time of 24/48 hours. In the rest of the countries where we work the period for Standard shipments is 4/6 days, since it is not an Express service, the transit times are indicative.

In the case of the Express service, the delivery time is 24/48 hours. The periods indicated do not include weekends or holidays. The information regarding the delivery time will not be binding.

Where can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can see the status of your order. You can also track the status of your order at any time in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Can I change the size once I receive the order?

You have a maximum period of 30 days to change the size if you think you have made a mistake. To proceed with the change, go online and follow the instructions in the returns section or you can contact us by email returns@etxeondo.com

If your order had a free shipping service, the returns will be free. In all other cases, the shipping costs generated by the returns will be charged to you.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, with their original bag and labels and be unused.

We will not accept products with marks, spots or hairs. All products will be reviewed by our quality department.

Once the condition has been checked, we will send you a new product in the size you requested.

All returns will be handled within 72 hours of receipt and will be sent using the same shipping service that was used in the initial purchase.

Can I return the order to a store?

What happens if the order is damaged during shipment?

If at the time of receiving your order you suspect that you may have suffered damage during transport, the first thing you must do is to leave a written record to the messenger. Once this is done, contact us to tell us what happened and find the best possible solution.

How long is the warranty of your products?

At Etxeondo we work hard day after day to offer the best quality in our products, your satisfaction is our greatest success. For your peace of mind we offer two years warranty from the moment of purchase and if your product suffers a manufacturing defect you must send it to us along with the purchase invoice so that our specialists can evaluate what has happened and give you the best possible solution, either a warranty repair or a change for another new product equal to the one you sent us. The warranty does not cover conditions of use outside normal, wear and tear caused by the passage of time or deterioration due to poor care or washing of the garment. How should I care for and wash my Etxeondo products?

In general terms, our recommendations are that after each use you should wash the garments immediately. Keep in mind that sweat is toxic, in some of us it is more, in others less but it will always contribute to deteriorate the garment before.

We suggest you not to place wet sweat garments in a closed place or - worse yet - in a sports bag or in a plastic bag.

We advise to wash the cycling clothes separately from other clothes / accessories to avoid friction. Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside).

It is possible to wash in the washing machine, but always use a wash bag, a delicate cycle and warm water (max 30 ° C). Do not use bleach and / or softeners. Use only a mild liquid detergent.

Dry clothes in flat or hanging, do not use dryer and always avoid leaving the clothes dry in the sun.

With dedicating a little love and attention you will noticeably improve the life of your clothes, remember that the cycling clothes are not made to last forever.
