On long-distance adventures or multi-day rides, comfort on the bike is key to success. The new Exo Thermo Adventure bib shorts are designed to provide outstanding comfort — with the added benefit of extra pockets to enhance your carrying capacity.

Our goal is to offer you bib shorts that are lightweight and comfortable, yet warm enough to protect you from the cold and ensure uninterrupted training. Thermosystem Ketaren fabric meets these requirements — developed with ultralight fibers that deliver warmth, efficient moisture management and a soft, comfortable feel against the skin.

The pattern is designed to maximize comfort over long distances and make it easier to carry essential items during your ride. The panel layout provides moderate compression, with no inner thigh seams, ensuring a precise fit that stays in place all day. The micro-perforated fabric used on the back and shoulders improves breathability while delivering a cool, fresh sensation. Two ergonomic pockets — one on each leg and another in the lower back — allow for secure transport of ride nutrition or small essentials, with easier access than a backpack.

We use Etxeondo’s Precision & Movement technology, which gives the Eraso chamois its perfect anatomical shape, ensuring it fits the rider and the garment flawlessly. The chamois is sewn into the bib shorts with elastic thread, allowing the seam to move naturally with the fabric.

The Eraso chamois is constructed in a single piece using high-density hydrophilic foam that is fully breathable, expelling sweat to keep the core dry at all times. The foam’s properties help absorb impacts during pedaling, and a central channel relieves pressure on the perineal area. The microfiber outer layer reduces skin temperature caused by friction. No glues or prints are used to avoid allergic reactions or overheating, and it includes antibacterial treatment.
